As a family-owned company with production facilities exclusively in Germany (Löhne and Melle), nolte Küchen is committed to clear collective bargaining frameworks, preventive health and safety measures, and targeted (continuing) training. Our commitment to reliable working conditions is not limited to our own locations. We also prioritize accountability when selecting our suppliers: a binding supplier code of conduct, transparent payment structures, and contractually agreed-upon occupational safety standards form the foundation of our collaboration. We transparently present our social performance metrics in our comprehensive sustainability report in accordance with European reporting standards (ESRS).

Attractive working conditions: 82% of Nolte Küchen’s employees are covered by a collective bargaining agreement (IG Metall), which guarantees transparent compensation structures well above the statutory minimum wage, as well as regulated shift and break schedules.

Job Security: As part of our occupational health management program, we offer comprehensive preventive measures, such as training courses and safety briefings on health and safety, accident prevention, and occupational health checkups; ergonomic workplace design; mental health risk assessments and individual counseling (EAP); as well as discounted sports and bike-leasing programs.

Practical Skills Development: As a multi-award-winning training company (Best Place to Learn), we offer nine dual and vocational training programs and degree programs. We are signatories to the Diversity Charter and promote equal opportunity through a broad range of continuing education opportunities focused on individual and subject-specific qualifications. The Nolte Academy complements our continuing education offerings with events, product training sessions, and lectures.
