Over the years, nolte Küchen has built robust structures, processes, and partnerships. In our comprehensive sustainability report, prepared in accordance with European reporting standards (ESRS), we disclose our policies, compliance structures, and performance in dialogue with our stakeholders, and present our environmental and social metrics transparently.

Ethical corporate governance begins with clear principles: Our compliance system ensures that legal requirements are met and ethical standards are actively upheld. We pursue a zero-tolerance policy toward corruption and bribery.

To ensure lawful conduct, we regularly train our employees on our group-wide compliance guidelines. As part of our whistleblower system, we provide secure reporting channels for employees and external stakeholders.

Partnership-Based Supplier Relationships

We maintain long-standing partnerships in our procurement operations. Approximately 95% of our key suppliers have been working with us for more than ten years. We reliably settle invoices within the agreed-upon standard payment terms (on average, 14 days with a discount / 30 days net) and require suppliers to adhere to our Code of Conduct.

Responsibility throughout the supply chain requires clear processes and reliable structures. By implementing the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG), we create transparency, identify risks early on, and establish binding standards for our business relationships. In this way, we ensure that human rights and environmental concerns are respected and protected throughout our value chain.

Audited Management Systems

Forward-looking and systematic

External audits conducted by TÜV Rheinland certify our quality management systems in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and our energy management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 50001:2018 at our locations in Löhne and Melle.

In doing so, we adhere to legal requirements such as the LkSG and the CSRD. The consistent implementation of our standards and early-warning systems enables us to identify risks at an early stage and take targeted countermeasures.

Standardized Reporting

Complete trust through openness

We transparently document all key ESG metrics—including carbon footprints, material sourcing, and workforce metrics—in our annual sustainability report in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).

Our annual sustainability reports are based on recognized standards and form the foundation for dialogue with stakeholders. This allows us to make progress measurable and highlight continuous improvement—for greater credibility and effectiveness.
