Our Employees
Our kitchens are “Made in Germany,” which reflects our commitment to Germany as a business location. This commitment carries with it a promise to provide young people with opportunities and to create apprenticeships and jobs.
We are happy to take on this responsibility, including as a member of the “Diversity Charter” employer initiative. After all, “…our employees are our most important asset,” said Georg Konrad Nolte on the company’s 50th anniversary. While the company had around 1,100 employees back then, Nolte Küchen now employs over 1,400 people. Many of them are former apprentices and trainees who, thanks to their expertise, ensure the high quality of our kitchens.
