Creepy Mousse au Chocolat

A spooky dessert is of course a must-have at any Halloween party!

Recipe idea: Mousse au ChocolatYou will need the following ingredients:

Ingredients for 3-4 servings 150g milk chocolate, 300ml cream, 1 egg, 4 chocolate cookies e.g. Oreo, 4 chocolate cookies as gravestones, some icing sugar, food coloring black

Preparation

  1. First, melt the chocolate in a water bath and set aside.
  2. In a second bowl, beat the egg until foamy over the water bath. Stir in the chocolate and let everything cool slightly.
  3. In the meantime, whip the cream until stiff and then fold it into the cooled chocolate mixture.
  4. Pour everything into the glasses and refrigerate for one hour.
  5. Place the chocolate cookies in a blender and crumble finely. Sprinkle over the Mousse au Chocolat.
  6. Mix powdered sugar with a little water to form a thick icing and label the "Grabsteine".
  7. Insert one Grabstein into each mousse and decorate everything with a few spooky sweets.
