Industrial clerk (m/f/d)

Would you like to get to know business processes and immerse yourself in a wide range of areas? During your apprenticeship, you will go through many exciting departments – from purchasing to marketing to sales or HR. You will quickly take on responsibility and gain real insights into our company.

Language is your strength? We also offer you the apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) with the additional qualification "EU Competence".

Duration: 3 years (shortening possible)
Vocational school: Friedrich-List-Berufskolleg, Herford
Requirement: Secondary school certificate

IT Specialist (m/f/d) for Application Development

You enjoy programming and love creative IT solutions? Then develop applications and software with us, train colleagues in using new tools, and be the first point of contact for questions about programs and processes. Your ideas will digitally advance our company.

IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration

Networks, systems, hardware – during your apprenticeship you ensure that our IT runs reliably. You support technical challenges, connect hardware and software, and find solutions when others no longer know what to do. Here you are our technical expert behind the scenes.

Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d)

Do you enjoy working with technology and want to combine the best of mechanics, electrical engineering and electronics? During your training, you will assemble modern machines and systems from various components, install and maintain them, and keep our equipment in perfect working order. You will gain exciting insights into our production technology and ensure smooth manufacturing processes with your know-how.

Duration: 3.5 years (shortening possible)

Requirement: Secondary school leaving certificate

Wood Mechanic (m/f/d)

Electronics technician (m/f/d) for operating technology

Are you interested in electricity, circuits, and smart controls? With us, you'll become a specialist in the maintenance and programming of our systems – incl. PLC controls. Your work ensures that our production runs reliably.

Industrial mechanic (m/f/d) – specialization maintenance

You want to know how large machines work so that you can build them yourself? Then this training is perfect for you. You manufacture components, assemble systems and take care of their maintenance. This way you ensure that everything runs smoothly with us.

Practice-integrated degree program Business Informatics (B.Sc.)

IT and business administration – with us, you combine both. In the practice-integrated study program of business informatics, you become the link between technology and business processes. During your practical phases, you immerse yourself in exciting projects – e.g. in software development, SAP or IT infrastructure – and apply your knowledge directly.

Duration: 3.5 years
Place of study: Hochschule Bielefeld
Change cycle: Theory and practice every 3 months
Requirement: General university entrance qualification

Practice-integrated studies Wood and Furniture Technology (B.Eng.)

Developing kitchens, shaping processes, understanding technology – all of this is part of this degree program. In the practice-integrated study program Holz- und Möbeltechnik you will get to know our entire production and take on responsibility for your own projects at an early stage. In departments such as production control, development & design, quality management or product management, you will work closely with practical applications – and on the future of our products.

Duration: 3 years
Place of study: Berufsakademie Melle
Rotation: Alternating theory and practice phases
Requirement: University entrance qualification and completed training as a wood mechanic or carpenter

First meeting

In a first conversation – digital or on site – we would like to get to know you better. Here you will find out more about the position and your potential team.

In-depth conversation (optional)

Depending on the position, a second conversation or a more in-depth meeting may take place to clarify any open questions together.

Contract signing

As soon as all questions have been clarified, we will send you an offer and discuss the contract details and your start date with us.
